The campaign to champions league 2013-2014 season started with a bang and is nearly approaching to the end of first round i.e group stages.
With the end of Game week 5 all teams have left with 1 match to play that will decide the final 16 teams going to the knock out stages.
After Game week 5 quiet a few teams have qualified for the round of 16, but most of the team relay on their final match that will decide whether their campaign stops here or not.

Here is a brief look at all the groups and teams for possible 16 teams that will play the knock out stage of this year's campaign.

Group A


+Manchester United  at the top of group A with 11 points, and they have qualified for the next stage this year, leaving behind Shaktar and Leverkusan.
Next two matches among the teams from Group A will decide the 2nd team that will go through.


Man Utd v Shakhtar Donetsk 19:45 GMT
Real Sociedad v Bayer Leverkusen 19:45 
Group B

After a home win over Galatasaray, +Real Madrid C.F.  leads the group B with 13 points and they are through to the knock out stage of the champions league 2013-14.




Group B has +Juventus  and +Galatasaray , which are yet to be decided that which of them will go to the next round. both the teams have one match remaining to be played which will decide their fate.

Copenhagen v Real Madrid 19:45 GMT
Galatasaray v Juventus 19:45 GMT
The crucial match is to be played at Galatasaray home and a draw or a win for Juventus will secure their position into the next round, but a win for Galatasaray will guarantee them to go through alongside Real Madrid. The match will be worth watching.
Group C

+PSG - Paris Saint-Germain  currently sit on top of the table and they are through to the round of 16 of the champions league with 13 points. The battle remains between Olympiakos and Benfica that which among them will qualify for the next round.

Benfica v Paris St-Germain 19:45 GMT
Olympiakos v Anderlecht 19:45 GMT
If @olympi beat Anderlecht at home they will qualify for the next round, but on the other hand if Benfica beat PSG they can get the spot as well.
Group D

 This is the only group that has already been decided, with some absolute performance +Bayern Munchen  and +Manchester City FC  both have qualified for the next stage of the +UEFA Champions League . They still have one match to be played, but that doesn't matter too much.


Group E


 Although +Chelsea Football Club  suffered a defeat in their last fixture against Basel, but they have managed to fix a spot for the next round. With 9 points they are sitting currently at the top remaining only one match against Steaua Bucharest. The match between Basel and Schalke will decide the fate of this group. Both teams have equal chance of winning a berth into the next stage.

Schalke v Basel 19:45 GMT
+FC Schalke 04 having the home advantage are favorites for the next round, but Basel also has the capability to surprise the opponent.
Group F

 Group F considered as the group of death this season is totally undecided yet, with no team still qualifying for the next round. Although Arsenal are at the top of the table with 12 points, but they still have to play one match against Napoli away from the home that will decide their fate.

Marseille v Borussia Dortmund 19:45 GMT
Napoli v Arsenal 19:45 GMT
+Napoli FC.  have to win the game against +Arsenal  with a margin of more than 3 goals that seems difficult, otherwise @borussia can go to the next stage. If Borussia wins against Marseille and Napoli beats Arsenal with a margin of 3 goals, Borussia and Napoli can go through. Otherwise Arsenal and Borussia will qualify for the round of 16.
Group G

Athletico Madrid are currently at the top of their points table with 13 points, and they have already qualified for the next round. Austria Vienna has no chance of going into the next round, that leaves Zenit and +Porto FCP behind, which can qualify.

Atletico Madrid v FC Porto 19:45 GMT
Austria Vienna v Zenit St Petersburg 19:45 GMT
Porto has to play Athletico at home with decreases their chance of moving forward. Zenit can qualify for the next round by beating Austria Vienna away from the home.
Group H

+FC Barcelona  are at the top of the table with 10 points with one match remaining. They have qualified for the next round of the Champions League. Milan and Ajax have equal chance of going forward.

The match between +AC Milan  and Ajax will decide the group. The team winning it will qualify for the next round.
